We only deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France. We do not deliver to the islands belonging to these countries (the Netherlands, Germany and France).

Tracking your order.
Do you want to know where your order is? You have received an e-mail from Handed By/DHL with the track & trace code of DHL. Use the DHL track & trace link in your order confirmation to trace your order. Alternatively, your order can be delivered at a pick-up point.

Delivery times.
We send your package by DHL. For web-shop orders delivered to your home: delivery is made within 2-3 working days.
The stated delivery time is an estimation. Some deliveries may take longer, which depends on the carrier. Have we shipped your order? Then you will receive an e-mail with a DLH track-&-trace code. This will tell you exactly where your package is.

Damaged delivery.
Have you noticed any damage regarding one or more products? Please contact Handed By at info@handedby.com. We will ask you for photos of the package and the damage.

Returning
Is the product not what you expected? No problem at all! All purchases made on handedby.com can be returned within 30 days from the date you received the order. 

The return cost is € 4.95 per return shipment (fixed rate for all countries), always charged, even for partial returns.

You can request a return easily via your account under ‘Orders’. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label by email. Use the original box if possible and include the packing slip indicating which products you’re returning. If you no longer have the slip, add a note with your full name, order number, and a list of returned products.
Packages without identifiable origin cannot be processed.

Once we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll be refunded within 10 working days, via the same payment method, minus the return cost.

Return conditions.

1. Customers have 30 days to return the product without giving a reason.
2. Returns must be requested via the webshop under ‘Orders’.
3. A fixed return fee of € 4.95 per return applies to all countries.
4. Return costs are always charged, including for partial returns.
5. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
6. Handed By reserves the right to assess the returned product.
7. Include the packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and returned items.
8. If the product is damaged or differs from the original, no refund will be made unless this was the reason for the return.
9. Products bought in physical stores must be returned there. Only products purchased on https://handedby.nl/ or https://shop.handedby.com fall under the right of withdrawal.
10. Refunds are issued within 10 working days, minus the fixed return fee.
11. Shipping costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned.

Customer’s obligations when returning products
1. During the cooling-off period, the customer will treat the product and its packaging with due care. The product must only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The customer may basically only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop.
2. The customer is only liable for decrease in the product’s value if the product is handled beyond the handling permitted in paragraph 1.
3. Returns must be securely packed and include the necessary information: packingslip or a form with your name, ordernumber, and an overview of returned articles.

Exchanging articles. 
We cannot exchange articles, if you wish to exchange an article, you need to place a new order on the website with the desired article. The unwanted articles can be returned.

Our products are easy to maintain. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth and, if necessary, use a mild soapy solution. They are resistant to moisture, so you can enjoy them for a long time.
